The location was great for accessing local attractions. The staff were helpful with directions. A restaurant near the entrance provided convenient dining. The rooftop deck offered city views.
Sound proofing was ABSOLUTELY minimal. I could hear everything from other rooms.

inadequate lightinglimited soundproofing
the room lighting proved inadequate for tasks requiring focused illumination. the absence of readily available extra pillows also detracted from overall comfort. furthermore, the limited soundproofing resulted in disturbances from adjacent rooms and hallway activity. i found the noise quite disruptive, especially during early morning hours. i expected a more serene atmosphere considering the price point..

the location was very convenient , close to restaurants and the harbour. the staff were helpful with directions. my room was clean , and the breakfast had a good selection. i liked the rooftop terrace , it offered nice views.
the windows in my room did not fit well , i could feel drafts. there were not many outlets available near the bed , it was inconvenient. the bathroom was quite small , there was limited space for toiletries.

The staff was helpful . the rooftop provided amazing views and chairs for relaxation. breakfast included local cakes, cooked items, and continental options. I found it quite satisfying. the location is central to victoria gate, bridge bar, and the harbor.
the hotel room lacked soundproofing. this made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The staff was very helpful, providing useful information whenever i needed it. They were always available at the 24-hour front desk, ready to answer any questions. they also allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out, a very useful service.

i found the location excellent. it was central to everything (close to restaurants). the staff proved very friendly and helpful . my room had a decent size.
The shower needed some cleaning. The tube to the head looked quite disgusting.
